	Steve Sneller Steve has been working in the landscaping industry for over 16 years.  Steve is a co-owner of Ground Effects and has helped build the business from the ground up.  His goal is to try to put something unique into every landscape he designs.  Steve's favorite part of landscaping is the feeling you get when you know everything is just right.
Ryan Hultquist Ryan has a bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from Iowa State University.  He has been with Ground Effects for 2 years.  He is also a talented artist who often creates sketches for our clients.  Ryan has a passion for all areas of design yet specializes in softscapes and plant arrangement.  Ryan's favorite part of landscaping is working with people.
	Brent DeJong Brent has been working in the landscape industry for over 9 years.  He is a co-owner of Ground Effects and has a bachelor's degree in Horticulture from Boise State University.  In addition to his design responsibilities, Brent also works as a foreman for our landscape installation crews.  Brent's installation experience gives him a unique design perspective.
